Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address once your order has been printed, framed and recived by our courier. This can typycly take a week in the frame shop before you recive a tracking number.

Can I alter my order?

All of our prints are custom-made to each order. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our print queue. Please review the items in your cart carefully before placing the order, as we cannot change or offer exchanges once the order is in production.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately, If your order has not been printed yet we can look to alter order. However, this is not guaranteed.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. Please allow a week or so once purchased to receive this as all our frames are custom built and take up to a week in production.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship Australia wide 

Do you have a physical store i can visit ?

At this stage, we do not have a dedicated store for you to come and view our collection in person. However we do have a few local stockists you can see featured in our instagram highlights. 

When will my orderer arrive?

Our premium frames and prints are made to order. These can take up to a week in the workshop to build.

If you live near a metro area you could hope to receive your parcel within a week from build (2 weeks total). Regional, usually within 2 weeks (3 weeks total). 

Unframed prints can take between 7-12 business days

We hope to get your order to you ASAP but we canot control shipping delays from our couries in busy times. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. Framed images are packed securely into a custom sized shipping box & unframed prints are carefully rolled up into our 3mm thick premuium tube

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We are unable to provide a refund or replacement based on a change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before placing the order, as we cannot modify or offer exchanges once the order is sent into our production. 

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email contact@coastalreflections.com.au with the details, within 2 days of receiving the product.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. under our shop drop down bar you will see these under gift cards 

Prints

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, of course. Get in contact with us at contact@coastalreflections.com.au we can do custom print and frame sizes. 

What paper do you use ?

Photographs are printed at the highest quality on 240gsm mat smooth paper. All of our printing is done through Epson Ultrachrome with archival inks producing beautifully rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks.
