Can I alter my order?
All of our prints are custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our print queue. Please review the items in your cart carefully before placing the order, as we cannot make changes or offer exchanges once the order is in production.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been printed yet, we may be able to make changes. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details. Please allow about a week after purchase to receive this, as all our frames are custom-built and take up to a week in production.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship Australia-wide. However, if you know of a local printing store, please get in touch with us at contact@coastalreflections.com.au, and we can speak with your local printer to see if this is achievable.
Do you have a physical store I can visit ?
We do not have a dedicated store where you can view our collection in person. However, we do have a few local stockists, which you can find featured in our Instagram highlights.
When will my orderer arrive?
Our premium frames and prints are made to order and can take up to a week to build in the workshop.
If you live in a metro area, you can expect to receive your parcel within a week from the time it is built (2 weeks total). For regional areas, delivery is usually within 2 weeks (3 weeks total).
Unframed prints typically take between 7-12 business days.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that we cannot control shipping delays from our couriers during busy periods.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details. Framed images are securely packed in custom-sized shipping boxes, and unframed prints are carefully rolled into our 3mm thick premium tubes.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before placing the order, as we cannot modify or offer exchanges once the order has been sent into production.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email contact@coastalreflections.com.au with the details within 2 days of receiving the item.

Yes, we do. Gift vouchers are issued electronically by email, each containing a unique reference number. They are ideal if you're unsure what to get for that special person in your life. You can find them under 'Gift Cards' in our shop drop-down menu.

Photographs are printed at the highest quality on 240gsm matte smooth paper. All of our printing is done using Epson Ultrachrome with archival inks, producing beautifully rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks. |
